What is CV Academy?
CV Academy is an online subscription platform delivering exclusive, premium content from elite football coaches to coaches at all levels of the game. You can watch courses, and download sessions and practices, on any internet-connected device.


How much does a subscription cost?

We have two subscription options – a monthly subscription of £11.99 or an annual subscription of £119.99, both of which will gain you complete access to all the online courses, session plans and practices on the platform.


How do I sign up for a subscription?

Please click here, then select if you wish to take up an annual or pay-monthly subscription, fill out your personal details and your billing details. Then you are all ready to use CV Academy. It literally takes 2 minutes!


What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Within our iOS App, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.


Where can I access CV Academy?

You can watch CV Academy content at any time, or download session plans and practices, on any internet-connected device, anywhere in the world from mobile or tablet to desktop.


What can I watch?

A subscription gives you full access to all content on CV Academy. Subscribers will receive regular updates every time new content is added.


What web browser is best for me to watch in?

For the optimal viewing experience, we recommend using the most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox or Safari. If you experience playback issues, one potential reason might be an outdated browser or Internet Explorer. We do not support browser versions released more than five years ago, or any version of Internet Explorer.


Can I change my billing information?

Of course! This can all be done in the billing tab within your CV Academy account.


What happens if my payment fails or I have insufficient funds?

You will be notified via email. Then you can log in to your account and update the payment details. Should this not be paid, your account will automatically be put on hold and your access will be denied until payment has been made.


Can I share my subscription with others?

All subscriptions are for personal use only. 


How can I contact customer support for subscription-related issues?

Is there a free trial available for the subscription service?

Yes! we offer free access to give you a sneak peak of our services via a free content bundle. Please reach out to our customer service team for more info.


What happens after the 14-day free trial ends?

If you do not cancel within the 14 days, you will automatically roll over to our pay-monthly subscription, which is charged at £11.99 per month. Again, this can be cancelled at any time.


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in the billing tab on your dashboard at any time. You will be able to continue to use the platform until the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees.


What happens if I cancel my subscription before the end of the billing period?

You can continue to use CV Academy until the end of your billing period.


Does CV Academy have an affiliate scheme?

This is not currently something we are offering. However, our teams are working on something in the background, so watch this space!


Do you offer any club discounts?

We sure do! For any groups/clubs of 5+ people, please click here and fill out the form. One of our team will be in touch! 


Do you offer discounts for Sport Session Planner?

Where can I get your Tactics Board?

The Tactics Board is a bespoke board that we use for our shoots only. However, we might look to produce some for our coaches to purchase. Watch this space!


Customer Service Opening Hours

Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm GMT. We are closed on weekends and UK public bank holidays. Any queries sent during this time will be handled on the next working day.
