This large group warm-up and activation, filmed exclusively for CV Academy, is taken by Bournemouth head of academy sport science and medicine, Ben Bradley.

Bradley leads a group of Bournemouth Under-21 players through three activities: static and dynamic stretching; a technical passing diamond; and a series of dynamic movements, including running, skipping and jumping, that builds in intensity to finish with a succession of sprints.

The warm-up and activation led into a full session led by Nathan Jones, on the theme of defensive shape to counter-attack. That session can be watched in full here.
