In this session, Phil Sykes of the Pro Football Academy works with a small group of three players and focuses on turns. The session is comprised of two practices: the first is an unopposed practice in which the coach takes players through a variety of turns and coaches the importance of hiding the ball from a defender; the second is an opposed one-against-one practice in which an attacker looks to beat a defender, using any of the turns coached in the first practice, before scoring into one of two mini-goals.
