He also revealed his key learnings from the various challenges he has faced as a manager: keeping the whole staff together when faced with serious financial problems at Portsmouth; developing a young and progressive squad capable of winning promotion at Oxford United; and building on the legacy of successful predecessors at Lincoln City. Finally, he answered a really interesting set of questions from an engaged live audience.
