David Martinez is a UEFA Pro Licence holder who has coached at La Liga clubs Villareal and Celta Vigo. He has designed a series of four training sessions exclusively for CV Academy, all of which are targeted at the pre-season period.

In this second session, he presents four practices, starting with a warm-up and football-specific strength circuit, and ending with two games that focus on transitions and look to develop players’ ability to transition in both attack and defence.
