Performance is dependent on many factors, including physical and psychological preparation. That is why it is important for coaches to take a holistic view of the elements that make up performance, alongside the traditional focus on tactical and technical learning. At grassroots level, where resources may not be plentiful, that can be easier said than done, which is why we have produced this webinar filled with practical tips on performance coaching.

Hosted by Georgie Bingham, it features an expert panel delivering presentations and answering questions that matter to grassroots coaches. Performance nutritionist Todd Jackson presents on nutrition, recovery and sleep; chartered psychologist Dr Katie Sparks discusses self-belief, motivation and resilience; and physical performance coach Mitch Raynsford focuses on S&C and rehab. There is also a Q&A roundtable discussion, including questions put forward by Coaches’ Voice subscribers.

All three of our panel work with P3RFRM, who are specialists in providing sports-performance services to players, teams and organisations. Based at St George's Park, P3RFRM have been working with footballers of all ages since 2018, including partnerships with the PFA and Premier League.
