In his second coaching course filmed exclusively for CV Academy, the then Hibernian head coach Jack Ross and his assistant John Potter take the club’s respective attacking and defensive units through a series of position-specific practices.

Ross leads a group of attacking players, made up of midfielders and forwards, through two finishing practices that train their combination play in the final third and their ability to execute different finishes.

At the same time, Potter takes a group of defensive players, made up of defenders and defensive midfielders, through a series of practices that work on their ability to control the ball in their defensive third, circulate possession within their unit and then play forward.
