Paul Clement, who managed Swansea in the Premier League but has also assisted Carlo Ancelotti at Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, talks about his route into coaching in the professional game. Having not played at the highest level, he took his coaching badges while pursuing a career in teaching – which he says provided him with many of the transferrable skills required to succeed as a coach.
