We are delighted to present the on-demand version of our player development panel from The Coaching Conference 2021.

The fascinating hour-long chat covered a whole host of relevant topics within the wider umbrella of player development. These included the technical development of young English players, the changing (or not) approach to player development across the different age phases, the importance of specific club philosophies and values, the benefits of a more sophisticated approach to the loan system, and how clubs further down the pyramid can still recruit young talent.
